GIS-Enabled Real-time Integrated E-meeting System/Co-PPGIS is designed and developed that constructed to enhance public/community-based participatory approaches require for the preparedness of emergency response (to ongoing/upcoming disaster risk reduction) with input and involvement from government agencies such as the civil defense and/or the ministry of security.

For certain, the use of modern technologies beside innovative ideas is very much required to meet the rehabilitation and relief during a disaster. In this concern, GIS, Web GIS and ICT in a combination can play an important role.

The application is developed based on the Collaborative Public Participation GIS model which is flexible enough that it may work and facilitate in major kinds of e-governance emergency and management-related scenarios (e.g., sustainable smart city, urban sprawl, land state, crime mapping, disaster response and industrialization) related to collaborative decision-making.
